The breakfast was really good. It was well cooked and hot. there was plenty of food too. craig, who is friendly and funny, made breakfast even better.
the carpet in my room wasn't clean, and that bothered me. the toilet was leaking, and both taps dripped constantly. there was mildew in the shower too. free toiletries were advertised, but i only saw empty dispensers in the shower, though

The cleaning was not good at all. the window frames were very dusty and mouldy. It was really noticeable. our kettle was dirty on the outside, and the spout was chipping. I'm not sure it was safe to use. the pictures online must be old because the place has been neglected.

The hotel sits near the town center. The Tower was very close to my room. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The service was friendly and quick. I appreciated the excellent mornings.

I faced some issues with cleanliness . The cleanliness in the rooms was notably poor. I saw excessively dusty and moldy window frames. Artificial flowers also had mold spots. Our kettle looked old, with a dirty exterior, deteriorated spout, and chipped-off bits.

the host was very cute and helpful. the room was very comfy and tidy with a perfect bed and pillows. i enjoyed the great breakfast. i will definitely book this hotel again!
the tv in my room didn't work. it was not fixed . this was a minor inconvenience but it would have been nice to have it working.

My shower presented mildew. The dispensers for complimentary toiletries were empty, which I find unacceptable for the price I paid. Drawers in my room were broken.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to popular attractions (I especially loved the proximity to local shops!). The owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a wonderful selection and tasted great. The comfy beds made for a very restful sleep.
The kettle in our room looked a little aged.
